5. Choose how you want the pet's name displayed:
A pet's written name on the portrait is no charge. Please indicate lettering
style when ordering. Customers may purchase an engraved plate. Cost of plate includes mounting
on the matte. Plates will be set on top of single matted portraits or mounted inside double or triple mattes.
Please see plate options and indicate which colour plate and clear printing of name and/or year of pet.
6. Email me:
Complete attached order form with above information. Before you send
payment to me, email the photos so I can ensure that I will be able to work with the photos and meet your wishes on the order.
I can assist you filling out the order form as well at this time.
7. Mail deposit and photos:
Sign the order form and along with it, email a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the
total price along via e-transfer along with the photos. I accept e-transfer, cash, bank draft, money order
or Paypal. Paypal only for international orders. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. When the
payment has cleared, I will then email you with receipt letting you know when I can complete the order and begin
the painting.
8. Completion of portrait:
When the portrait is complete, I will send an email with the attached image of the portrait
for your approval. At this time, if you would like to see any changes done as long as it does not deviate from the order
form and photo, I will be happy to change it. When satisfied, full payment will be required at delivery or if painting
is being shipped the payment must be sent to me first and then the painting will be shipped out. If by any fault
of my own, the portrait does not meet your expectations of matching the likeness of the photograph selected with proof, I
will refund your money and keep the portrait for any use of my own. This guarantee is void if customer requests alterations
or any changes to the pic they are requesting done.
9. Shipping and handling:
Portraits can be picked up at my studio in Ottawa. Shipping costs within Ontario can range from $25.00
to $35.00 usually within 2-3 business days. I will not be held responsible for any damage to portraits once
it leaves my hands so orders shipped will be insured with signature.
